It was developed in 1972 during the original development period of the Columbus northeast commercial corridor along Morse Rd. Development of this area centered around the Northland Center, a traditional retail mall home to approximately 100 tenants building including quick-serve restaurants, small merchants, local and regional retail and other large anchor tenants.
